1. What services does Heating Paradise provide?

We specialize in fireplaces, heating installations, maintenance, and custom heating solutions. We also provide product consultations, quotes, and replacement parts for various models.


2. Do I have to buy anything during a consultation?

No. You are never required or forced to buy anything.
All recommendations and quotes are optional and provided for your consideration only.


3. Do you sell my personal information?

Absolutely not.
Heating Paradise does not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or profit. Your information is used only for completing services and orders.


4. How does billing work?

Invoicing & Payment Terms

  1. Heating Paradise offers two billing options:

    • Monthly billing, or

    • Full payment upfront
      Customers may choose whichever option works best for their project.

  2. A 50% deposit is required before any materials are ordered or installation is scheduled.
    This deposit is applied toward the total price of the product and is not an additional or separate fee.


5. Are late payments accepted?

No.
Late payments are not accepted. Customers are responsible for ensuring payments arrive on time.
Heating Paradise is not liable for any missed or unreceived payments.


6. Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes. A deposit is required before materials are ordered and installation is scheduled.
The standard deposit amount is 50%, unless alternative written terms are approved by Heating Paradise.

Do you accept cash payments?

No. Heating Paradise does not accept cash payments.
We are an e-commerce business and do not operate a physical storefront, which means we cannot accept or process cash transactions.

We accept secure digital payments only, including:

  • Credit/debit cards

  • Bank transfers

  • Online payment methods supported by our checkout system

This ensures faster processing, accurate order tracking, and secure transactions.



8. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but cancellations after materials have been ordered may include restocking fees or supplier penalties.
Special-order items may be non-refundable.

Yes. All products include manufacturer warranties.
Heating Paradise also provides a workmanship warranty that covers installation defects (not misuse or normal wear).
