Billing Terms & Conditions

1. Quotes & Pricing


  1. All estimates and quotes provided by Heating Paradise (“the Company”) are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  2. Pricing is based on the information available at the time of quoting. Any changes to project scope, material availability, or site conditions may result in price adjustments.

  3. Prices are subject to applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges.

2. Invoicing & Payment Terms


  1. A 50% deposit is required to secure materials and schedule installation unless alternative terms have been approved in writing.

  2. The remaining balance is due upon completion of work or product delivery.

  3. Heating Paradise bills on a monthly cycle only.

  4. Late payments are not accepted. All invoices must be paid in full by the due date specified on the monthly billing statement.

  5. The customer is fully responsible for ensuring timely payment.

  6. Heating Paradise is not liable for any missed, lost, or unreceived payments, regardless of cause (including mail delays, processing errors, or customer oversight).

  7. Payments may be made by cash, check, bank transfer, or approved credit card. Credit card payments may include a processing fee.

3. Payment Responsibility


  1. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that all payments are submitted successfully.

  2. If a payment fails, is declined, or does not reach Heating Paradise, the customer remains fully responsible for providing an alternate valid form of payment immediately.

4. Changes, Add-Ons & Additional Work


  1. Any customer-requested changes or added work not included in the original quote will be billed as a change order.

  2. Change orders must be approved by both the customer and Heating Paradise before work proceeds.

  3. Additional charges are due upon completion of the added work.

5. Cancellations & Refunds


  1. Orders canceled after materials have been ordered may be subject to restocking fees, supplier charges, and non-refundable special-order item costs.

  2. Deposits may be partially or fully non-refundable based on the timing of the cancellation and the materials ordered.

  3. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued within 10 business days of approval.

6. Delivery, Scheduling & Installation


  1. Scheduling depends on weather conditions, material availability, and installation crew availability.

  2. Customers must provide clear access to the installation site and ensure all required preparations are complete prior to installation.

  3. Missed appointments or unprepared sites may result in rescheduling fees.

7. Product Ownership


  1. Materials and products remain the property of Heating Paradise until the invoice is paid in full.

  2. In cases of non-payment, the Company reserves the right to recover materials or equipment not fully paid for, where legally permissible.

8. Warranty & Liability


  1. Manufacturer warranties apply to all equipment installed. Heating Paradise will assist with warranty claims but is not responsible for manufacturer decisions.

  2. Workmanship warranties cover labor defects only. They do not apply to misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear.

  3. Heating Paradise is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, weather, or events outside its control.

9. Disputes


  1. Any billing disputes must be submitted in writing within 10 days of the invoice date.

  2. Uncontested portions of an invoice must still be paid on time.

  3. Disputes will be reviewed and resolved in good faith.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing products or services from Heating Paradise, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Billing Terms & Conditions.

No Purchase Obligation

Customers are not required or obligated to purchase any product or service from Heating Paradise. All quotes and recommendations are provided for the customer’s consideration only, and no purchase is mandatory. The customer retains full discretion to accept or decline any proposal or service offered by Heating Paradise.
